My Story From Jutiapa, Honduras
By: Judith Diaz
As a young woman from Jutiapa, I want to begin by sincerely thanking you for all the opportunities that you bring to our community. Through AHMEN, many young people have had the chance to participate in activities, learn new things, and feel that there are people who truly believe in us. The work you do is truly meaningful, and we have always felt your support. I pray that God continues to place in your hearts that beautiful willingness to serve and support young people and our communities.
Over time, I have had the opportunity to participate in different spaces and activities connected with AHMEN, which has been very important for my personal growth. I also had the honor of serving as the coordinator of the Youth Network of Jutiapa, an experience that allowed me to work with other young people, organize activities, and strengthen youth leadership in our community.
Currently, I am studying at the university with the dream of graduating and becoming a professional who can contribute to education and the development of my community, especially by helping children and young people have more opportunities through education.
At this moment I am going through a difficult financial situation. I am currently unemployed, and my family is not able to help me cover some important expenses related to my studies. One of the tools I need the most right now is a computer, since it is essential for completing assignments, research, and university work. For this reason, I decided to write this letter and share my situation with sincerity.
If there is any possibility of receiving support to help me purchase a computer, it would be a great help for me and would allow me to continue moving forward with my studies and my goals.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my letter and for all the support you have always given to the young people in our community.
With gratitude and blessings,
Judith Diaz
